Order, Shipping, & Training Policies
Paid orders will ship by USPS in most cases. Please provide a PO Box or a physical address that the post office can use to deliver your package.
UPS requires a physical address instead of a post office box, so please provide a physical address if your order cannot be sent using the post office.
Back orders will be marked clearly and sent as soon as the missing product becomes available.
All orders placed with a check will be on hold until we receive payment.
Orders placed with a purchase order will be processed and shipped once we receive a hard copy of the purchase order by mail, email, or fax.
Please contact us within 5 business days from the date you receive your materials regarding any damaged or missing products from your order in order to receive exchanges or refunds.
Shipping Fees vary from $12.50 to free depending on amount of purchase. (See shipping chart fee on bottom of home page to check your shipping fee.)
Trainings will be pending and tentative until we receive an actual copy of the purchase order. PO number only is not sufficient. Please respond to our quotes and/or proposals within five business days in order to hold your requested date(s) on our calendar.
Trainings content and agenda will be based on information provided in our training questionnaire that we will send by email to the contact person. Each training is designed to meet the needs of individual campuses/districts and are limited to six hours or less each day, not including lunch.
